1. Object of the Service
Ortavintage by Berardino Stefano offers a chauffeured classic and/or vintage car rental service for weddings, ceremonies, and private or corporate events in and around Lake Orta.
2. Booking Methods

Reservations can be made via email, phone, online form, or official social media channels.

Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation and is guaranteed only upon receipt of a confirmatory deposit .
3. Payment
-
A deposit of 30% of the total is required to confirm your booking.

The balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the event , unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The following payment methods are accepted: bank transfer, PayPal, cash (within legal limits).
4. Cancellation and Refund

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the event , the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

In case of cancellation after 30 days , the full amount of the service will be due.

In the event of extreme weather conditions or causes of force majeure (verifiable), the service may be postponed or converted , subject to availability and agreement between the parties.
5. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle during the service by him or his guests.

Smoking is prohibited inside vehicles.
6. Supplier's Responsibilities
-
Ortavintage is committed to providing the chosen vehicle in perfect condition, clean and in perfect working order.

In the event of a sudden breakdown or unavailability of the booked vehicle , an equivalent vehicle will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.

If it is not possible to provide any means, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
7. Times and Places of Service

The times and places of pick-up, route and return must be communicated precisely at least 14 days before the event .

Any delays or last-minute changes may result in additional costs, to be assessed based on availability.
8. Climatic and Environmental Conditions
-
The service is available even in case of rain, except in extreme weather conditions that put the safety of the driver, guests, or the vehicle at risk.
9. Privacy
The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in compliance with current legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679).

10. Competent Court
The Court of Novara will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Acceptance
By confirming the booking, the customer declares that he has read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
